4. Subscription and Payment

PixieTales operates on a subscription model. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the subscription fees in accordance with the pricing plan you select. All payments are processed securely via Stripe, and you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fees.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period. However you will be able to use your credits till the end of cancelled subscription.

Please note that all subscriptions and purchases for PixieTales are non-refundable. Once a subscription or payment is made, no refunds or credits will be issued, regardless of usage or cancellation before the end of the subscription period.
